We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can join our Team. As a Social Media Manager at Extreme Group, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage with our target audience. Your role will involve content creation, community management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with the company’s marketing and branding goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored content and campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online community by engaging with followers and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and generate regular reports.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets and targeting as needed.
  • Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
