Stripe is currently looking for a Data Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support the expansion of its global Data organization. This role is ideal for experienced technical recruiters who are passionate about building strong teams and connecting exceptional talent with impactful opportunities. The selected candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized data roles while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will play a strategic role in identifying top talent across various locations while contributing insights that support global hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring goals and develop recruiting strategies for data science and data analyst positions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring highly skilled data professionals
• Introduce creative and scalable improvements to recruitment processes and talent acquisition workflows
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring progress reports to leadership teams
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent across multiple geographic regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Legal, and Onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Prior in-house recruiting experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to build strong teams and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• A growth mindset and flexibility to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze hiring trends and optimize recruiting processes
• Experience sourcing senior-level and passive candidates while building diverse talent pipelines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
This role supports hybrid work arrangements at Stripe. Employees may work from an office location or remotely depending on their distance from a Stripe office.
• Office-based employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time each month in the office or collaborating with users in person
• Remote employees are defined as individuals working 35 miles (56 km) or more from a Stripe office, with the expectation of primarily working from home while occasionally attending meetings or company events when required
Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual base salary range: $104,000 – $156,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location
