Description:

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations Specialist to support its corporate data and pricing operations team. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality data integrity across ERP and CRM systems while ensuring accurate execution of pricing agreements, contracts, and rebate programs aligned with business and regional sales strategies.

The position plays a key role in supporting internal business operations by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of corporate agreements. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Corporate Account Directors and cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Customer Service.

This is a remote opportunity designed for professionals who are highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of managing complex data environments with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer contract pricing, agreements, and affiliation data within ERP and CRM systems

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all operational systems

• Perform ongoing data maintenance for pricing agreements, rebate programs, and contract reviews

• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in data and system records

• Support execution of corporate sales agreements in coordination with account directors

• Manage rebate programs, pricing updates, and contract reporting requirements

• Implement pricing and contract changes related to product launches, updates, and discontinuations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

• Communicate data status updates and operational issues clearly to internal stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain operational best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in data, pricing, or contract administration

• Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve data-related issues effectively

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems

• Background in contract management, pricing operations, or data governance

• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on compliance and accuracy
