Description:
Syneos Health is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, supporting Illingworth Research Group, a global provider of patient-focused clinical services. Our mission is to improve patient experiences and outcomes by bringing clinical research directly into patients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately track, enter, verify, and perform QC checks on the PreRISK database according to the Data Entry Instruction Manual and team communications
- Make corrections to the database as requested by the Data Curation Work Group Lead
- Identify and route technical system or data issues appropriately
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with routine data surveillance and system maintenance for the PreRISK library
- Participate in developing strategies and efficiencies for PreRISK system improvements, focusing on design, metrics, process support, and reporting
- Provide ongoing input and updates to the Data Entry Instruction Manual
- Assist with additional data system needs, team projects, and initiatives as assigned
- Support preparation and maintenance of end-user training materials and job aids
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to identify discrepancies and perform quality control
- Comfortable working with confidential patient and clinical data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with database systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
