As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and ensuring satisfaction through day-to-day payment processing services. This full-time remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27. You will leverage your data entry skills and attention to detail to accurately process payment requests, achieving key performance indicators that align with production goals, including service levels, quality error rates, productivity, and response times. Strong relationship-building with both customers and internal teams is essential to facilitate solutions and meet urgent deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer payment data from e-mailed forms accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to established data entry timelines and productivity standards.
- Ensure completeness of all required payment information in internal data systems.
- Update existing data as necessary and suggest improvements for process flow and efficiency.
- Follow standard operating procedures and update onboarding documentation as needed.
- Review data for errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output accuracy.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Meet productivity metrics and goals consistently.
- Contribute actively to knowledge management efforts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, both in writing and verbally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent data entry experience.
- Exceptional accuracy in word processing and data entry, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
