Hiring GM/Operations Manager

JOB ROLE:

• Coordinates and arranges initiatives aimed at offering members a diverse range of performances, workshops, and social gatherings.
• Ensures a warm welcome for new Club members and maintains a professional rapport with all members.
• Oversees and guides the efforts of employees; holds responsibility for personnel-related affairs, such as employee policies, training, advancement opportunities, job transitions, and performance assessments.
• Keeps abreast of labor regulations to ensure equitable treatment of employees in compliance with relevant laws.
• Inspire, evaluate, and provide support to employees in order to achieve consistently high performance levels on a daily basis.
