Amazon is hiring a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Collection Specialist for its V-CARE team in Sunnyvale. This role is focused on supporting data-driven projects by accurately collecting, recording, and documenting structured information used in machine learning and AI systems. The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, precise in execution, and proactive in identifying process improvements within data workflows.
This position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams handling experimental and production-level data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and execute data collection procedures with high accuracy and consistency
• Record, document, and maintain structured datasets according to project requirements
• Support natural language processing and data annotation tasks
• Identify issues in data collection tools and suggest process improvements
• Adapt quickly to changes in data collection protocols and workflows

Requirements:
