CapRelo, a technology-driven company specializing in global relocation and assignment services, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support internal and client reporting requirements. Under the guidance of a manager, you will create, maintain, and customize reports, analyze multiple data sets, and provide actionable insights to support tactical and strategic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and generate client reporting and management information reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation, and enhanced data collection.
- Utilize technology to produce standardized and customized reports.
- Perform QA/QC checks before submitting reports to management.
- Support organizational program objectives through project support and management-directed initiatives.
- Keep abreast of technology and reporting trends with potential impacts on the organization and clients.
- Assist in creating and modifying revenue and pricing models.
- Provide reporting insights and feedback to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Some college coursework in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret internal and external data and convert it into measurable business requirements.
- Experience in relocation services is preferred.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, data collection, and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets, and forms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
