Description:
A fast-growing organization in Dubai is seeking a capable and experienced Dark Store Supervisor to oversee and manage end-to-end operations within a high-speed fulfillment and delivery environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service levels, and leading warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations, and the ability to manage inventory and order fulfillment processes in a fast-paced setting. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational standards and ensuring timely order processing and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily dark store operations from order intake to dispatch
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely shipment of orders
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization
• Lead, guide, and support warehouse and operational staff to achieve performance targets
• Maintain service level agreements (SLA) and ensure operational KPIs are consistently met
• Coordinate closely with logistics, delivery, and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure adherence to company processes, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Track operational performance and report key updates to management
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays
Requirements:
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or dark store management is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously
