We are seeking a Customer Value Strategist to own and scale our Customer Value Program across Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and measurement of business value initiatives that demonstrate customer outcomes and accelerate sales cycles. You’ll lead initiatives such as developing benchmarks, creating enablement content, and establishing frameworks that show the measurable impact of the Falcon Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Value Program & Stakeholder Management
• Manage business value workstreams end-to-end, from ideation to enablement and measurement, across Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product teams.
• Strategically analyze challenges and develop solutions by understanding stakeholder needs.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Develop project plans, track timelines, and drive accountability across multiple initiatives.
Business Value Strategy & Content Development
• Create business value benchmarks and customer outcome frameworks using internal and external data, including Falcon Platform insights, industry reports, and customer KPIs.
• Develop compelling business value narratives, enablement materials, playbooks, webinars, and case studies for varied audiences.
• Translate technical product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Data Analysis & Insights
• Build dashboards to track KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value metrics.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, validate value propositions, and optimize models.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to advise on program improvements.
• Demonstrate ROI and program impact through data-driven storytelling.
Enablement & Optimization
• Support field teams with training, office hours, and just-in-time guidance.
• Provide operational and technical support for program tools.
• Continuously enhance user experience and program effectiveness based on feedback and data insights.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, business value, sales operations, product marketing, or strategic program management.
• Proven experience developing strategies, benchmarks, and enablement with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Data fluency, including dashboard building (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) and translating data into actionable insights.
• Mastery of financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO) and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.).
• Excellent content creation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence for senior leadership presentations.
Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points:
• Experience managing SaaS applications and collaborating with Product teams on requirements, roadmaps, and UX.
• Background in cybersecurity or related industries.
• Experience with customer success metrics and outcome-based selling.
