Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Resolution

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Social Media Interaction

  • Monitor Client’s Group’s social media channels, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and concerns shared on social media and address them proactively.
  • Report trends and customer sentiment to management, contributing to strategy improvements.

Support Services & Communication

  • Provide detailed information about client Group’s products and services across diverse industries.
  • Process customer requests, including orders, refunds, and exchanges, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure all interactions meet performance standards for response time and satisfaction.

Customer Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Maintain organized records of all customer interactions for tracking and analysis.
  • Share insights with management to enhance the overall customer support process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a multi-industry setting.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is A MUST.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management tools, and O365.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of UAE and Middle Eastern business culture and customer support standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate different time zones.
