This role is part of the Customer Support Operations team, where you will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring smooth platform performance for merchants and partners. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical understanding, and a passion for customer success in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, improve system documentation, and enhance platform efficiency. This is a high-impact role where ownership, communication, and continuous learning are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to merchants and partners via internal ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, frontend, and system-related issues
• Create and update technical documentation for internal and external use
• Analyze technical problems and recommend system improvements
• Install, configure, and upgrade software systems as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Debug frontend issues using JavaScript, HTML, and browser tools
• Prepare reports on recurring technical issues for further escalation
• Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, and support systems
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a JavaScript-based environment
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong understanding of HTML and browser debugging tools
• Experience in SaaS, startup, or remote work environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, or ticketing systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong knowledge of:
