Role:
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support our Enterprise customers on the East Coast. You will be responsible for understanding technical needs, leading deployments, maintaining strategic conversations, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the runZero platform and network security industry.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to improve processes, create documentation, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead strategic conversations and share features and functionality that align with clients’ business needs.
- Advocate for customers by managing feedback and sharing product requests with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS customer success.
- Basic understanding of APIs.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer networking and internet functionality.
- Curiosity to learn about the security industry.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and managers.
- Desire to develop technical skills and expertise.
Interview Process:
