The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing, and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery and high service standards.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while working closely with production and dispatch teams.
