Description:
We are urgently hiring a Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist based in Dubai to oversee end-to-end order management and support seamless logistics and inventory operations. The role blends customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on coordination of shipments, warehouse activities, and internal order processing to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, provide order status updates, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Liaise with 3PL partners and manage day-to-day warehouse coordination.
- Process sales orders and internal purchase orders; oversee picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, support demand planning, and help optimize supply chain workflows.
- Ensure shipments meet customs and regulatory requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of order management and inventory control practices.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- UAE valid driving license is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may require flexibility to cover different time zones)
Salary Range:
- 4–5 years experience: AED 10,000 – 12,000
- 10+ years strong customer service & operations experience: AED 17,000 – 18,000
