- Recruit, onboard, and provide training for call center personnel.
- Guide and support call center staff in handling complex customer service situations.
- Analyze call center data and generate reports for senior management.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations for the staff, either annually or as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings and deliver presentations to executive leadership.
- Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives and action plans for the call center.
