Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Customer Service desk operations.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of customer service professionals.
- Handle client feedback, ensure prompt resolution, and close the feedback loop effectively.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of managing a team.
