Hiring Customer Service Executive – Service Centre
Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage front-desk operations and handle customer service tasks for our Home Appliances Service Centre located in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, polite, and able to handle customer queries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Register service complaints and assign jobs to technicians
- Coordinate service appointments and follow-up with technicians
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions
- Update customers about job status and ensure timely service delivery
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle petty cash and issue service invoices when required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations
- Prior experience in a service centre or customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based in or willing to work in Ras Al Khor, Dubai
