Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide accurate info on products/services and company policies
  • Record and update interactions in CRM system
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Assist walk-in clients when required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma (additional certifications in customer service is a plus)
  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
  • Organized, patient, and customer-focused
