Hiring Customer Service Manager

Company:

As a Customer Service Manager at Carmooz, you will be responsible for managing our customer service department and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of customer service possible. You will be responsible for supervising and training customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the customer service department, ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
  • Supervise and train customer service representatives, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores, and use this data to continuously improve the department’s performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer service goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Manage customer service budgets, including staffing and training expenses, to ensure that the department operates within financial constraints.

Requirements:

UAE National

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve customer service performance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective customer service policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
