We’re Hiring – Customer Experience Advocate | Dunlop Sports Americas
Dunlop Sports Americas is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join its team at the Huntington Beach headquarters. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience to internal and external customers through detailed product knowledge and proactive communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Company-Focused Duties:
• Take ownership of new and ongoing tasks to help the organization reach its goals.
• Identify and share ideas to enhance the customer experience process with leadership.
• Maintain consistency in company messaging and communications.
• Stay informed about all new Dunlop Sports products and programs.
Customer-Focused Duties:
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, mail, or social media.
• Handle inquiries, process orders, returns, and repairs according to company policies.
• Provide product and service information, including pricing and delivery updates.
• Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
• Manage order cancellations, returns, and warranty-related questions.
• Suggest alternative solutions and promote other relevant products and promotions.
• Collaborate with leadership for unresolved customer issues and provide process feedback.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to deliver efficient customer support.
• Mentor new hires and assist with product training for team members.
• Participate in warehouse or event setups when necessary, including packing/unpacking, lifting up to 30 lbs (with assistance if heavier), and event preparation.
• Support company initiatives to ensure seamless teamwork and consistent service delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and data analysis.
• Customer-focused with adaptability and a high attention to quality.
• In-depth understanding of the golf or sporting goods market is a plus.
Education & Experience Requirements:
✅ Required: High School Diploma and at least 3 years of related experience.
✅ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of customer service or related experience.
Additional Details:
• Position based in Huntington Beach, CA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).
• Occasional travel may be required.
