Description:

Legrand is seeking a Customer & Digital Experience Specialist to support its Power Busway team in a remote role. This position focuses on improving customer experiences through digital content management, website operations, workflow improvements, and customer-focused digital solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, IT, and CX/DX teams to improve digital resources, streamline processes, and enhance customer adoption. This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital platforms, content management, customer experience initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support website content management, updates, and ongoing digital improvements

• Coordinate landing page updates, content requests, testing, and routine website maintenance

• Ensure digital content, product information, documentation, FAQs, and sales resources remain accurate and customer-friendly

• Support SEO practices, content organization, metadata management, and search optimization

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve digital tools, workflows, forms, and customer-facing resources

• Assist with automation support, process improvements, approvals, tracking, and reporting initiatives

• Monitor digital tool usage, customer feedback, and adoption trends to identify improvement opportunities

• Support customer experience initiatives by analyzing feedback, surveys, and field insights

• Maintain customer data quality and support improvements in digital platforms and reporting processes

• Provide guidance and support to teams using digital tools and workflows

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital experience, CX, website operations, sales enablement, or related fields

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Experience, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

• Experience supporting digital platforms, customer-facing assets, workflows, or documentation

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, collaboration tools such as SharePoint, and digital platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams

• Detail-oriented approach with excellent content management and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in manufacturing or electrical infrastructure industries is preferred

Strong knowledge of:

• Website content management, SEO, metadata, and digital content optimization

• Customer experience (CX), digital experience (DX), and workflow improvements

• Content governance, documentation, reporting, and digital platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of UX/UI principles, usability practices, and design standards

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technology troubleshooting

• Ability to analyze website feedback, usage data, and customer insights
