The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining customer records, processing contract information, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting customer relationship management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and enter contract data and customer information into multiple systems to maintain accurate customer records.

• Correct, update, and adjust customer data according to customer relationship management processes and setup requests.

• Monitor customer information and generate reports to ensure data integrity.

• Manage and maintain customer databases while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Process and update information in a data-driven environment.

• Support internal teams by maintaining reliable and accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a similar role.

• Associate’s Degree is preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered).

• Ability to read and interpret contracts, pricing details, and equipment transmittals.
