Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, be comfortable working with software systems, and have excellent communication skills for handling credit customers and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Administration:

  • Follow up with credit customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables, pending payments, and customer commitments.
  • Update and monitor credit sheets and internal payment tracking systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly credit reports for management.

Sales Coordination:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, order entries, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with logistics and dispatch for timely delivery of orders.
  • Track daily sales activity and update reports in Excel.
  • Follow up with customers on order confirmations, dispatch updates, and feedback.

Software & Excel Handling:

  • Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis (must know formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Operate internal ERP, CRM, or accounting software as needed.
  • Maintain digital records of customers, transactions, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (shortcuts, formulas, formatting).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience in customer follow-ups and account coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office software like CRM, invoicing, and inventory tools.
  • Organized, responsible, and good at multitasking.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in credit control, sales support, or admin.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to manage pressure and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
