Description:

Bolt.new by StackBlitz is looking for a Community Manager to build, grow, and manage its global B2B and B2C communities. This remote role focuses on creating meaningful user engagement, improving community experiences, and connecting customer insights with product development, education, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in community building, ambassador programs, content creation, and user engagement strategies. This position requires a hands-on professional who can develop community programs, manage conversations, gather product feedback, and help create a thriving ecosystem for developers, creators, and users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, launch, and manage the community ambassador program, including recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and quality management.

• Identify high-value community members and build relationships that encourage long-term engagement and advocacy.

• Establish and maintain community standards, moderation practices, and engagement guidelines.

• Curate and manage community-created resources including templates, starter apps, prompt packs, and reusable assets.

• Develop engagement programs and initiatives that increase participation, retention, and user value.

• Manage community channels, conversations, and user interactions across different platforms.

• Collect, analyze, and communicate product feedback, feature requests, and user challenges to Product and Engineering teams.

• Represent the community voice in cross-functional discussions and help ensure user feedback influences product improvements.

• Create educational resources, content, and programs based on community needs.

• Monitor community health metrics and use data insights to improve engagement strategies.

• Build scalable systems, workflows, and processes to support community growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building, scaling, and managing successful B2B and B2C online communities.

• Experience creating and managing community ambassador or advocacy programs.

• Experience handling large communities with 10K+ members, including moderation tools, roles, bots, and channel structures.

• Experience with community-created content, templates, marketplaces, or digital asset ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of engagement programs, workshops, events, and educational initiatives.

• Passion for AI, web development, and modern technology tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

• Strong editorial judgment and ability to prioritize meaningful engagement over activity volume.

• Ability to analyze community metrics and use insights for decision-making.

• High ownership, self-management, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with global teams and customers.

Strong knowledge of:

• Community strategy, engagement, and user advocacy.

• AI-powered development tools and developer ecosystems.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in Product, Design, or Engineering.
