Description:
Sigma Homes is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Community Manager to take full operational responsibility for a mixed-use tower in Dubai. This role goes beyond basic coordination and requires a hands-on professional who has successfully managed complex developments that include residential, retail, and commercial components. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling regulatory frameworks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all areas of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of operations for a mixed-use tower, covering residential, retail, and commercial units
• Oversee and manage facility management teams, security personnel, cleaning staff, and external contractors with strict performance monitoring
• Ensure complete compliance with regulatory authorities, including Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and Dubai Land Department (DLD) guidelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and commercial operators
• Address and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption and no unnecessary escalation
• Conduct inspections, coordinate with authorities, and handle all regulatory reporting requirements
• Enforce community rules and regulations consistently across all segments of the property
• Maintain smooth coordination between residential and commercial operations to ensure a balanced environment
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of relevant UAE experience in property or community management
• Proven experience managing mixed-use towers in Dubai is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Owners Association operations
• Hands-on approach with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-value stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex, multi-stakeholder environments
