Description:
Lumiere Clinics – UAE is currently looking for a professional and well-organized Clinic Coordinator to join its growing team. This role plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and medical staff.
The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative activities, coordinating patient appointments, and maintaining effective communication between patients, doctors, and the clinic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience working in medical or aesthetic clinic environments and possess strong coordination and communication skills.
The successful candidate should be able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care. Candidates who are fluent in Arabic and currently based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily clinic operations and support administrative activities.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments while ensuring a smooth patient flow.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, services, and follow-ups.
• Assist doctors and clinic staff with operational coordination when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient visits and clinic activities.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a medical clinic, with aesthetic clinic experience considered an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills are highly preferred.
• Candidates must currently be based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with patients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a clinical environment.
