Join Freenome as a Client Services Associate within our Customer Success team, where you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for healthcare providers, their staff, and patients. This remote role requires excellent digital communication skills, proficiency in case management tools, and the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage and respond to inbound communication via phone, chat, e-fax, email, and portal messages within defined service levels
• Provide ordering support and contact customers regarding missing information or order issues
• Create and qualify new accounts and contacts, assist with portal login and contact management issues
• Share accurate information about Freenome’s products and services with customers and patients
• Maintain compliance and accuracy while handling sensitive patient information
Requirements / Must Haves:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, preferably healthcare
• Proficiency with Mac/Apple products, 2-factor authentication apps, Google Suite, CRM systems, and customer communication tools like Salesforce and 8×8 or Vonage
Preferred / Nice to Haves:
• Conversational Spanish
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Proven track record in achieving high customer satisfaction scores
• Remote work experience in a service position
• Experience in commercial diagnostic testing laboratories
• Familiarity with cancer screening, primary care workflows, Salesforce, 8×8, WestFax, and HIPAA compliance
Benefits and Compensation:
• Hourly rate: $27.38 – $42.07
