We are currently seeking a Claims Support / Customer Service Representative to support daily claims operations while delivering exceptional service to members, clients, and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and addressing claims-related questions
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and written communication
- Assist with claims operations, including repricing health claims and preparing related documentation
- Create, distribute, and maintain accurate records within internal databases and systems
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as mail, faxes, and electronic files
- Organize, file, and maintain confidential claims and office documents in digital and physical formats
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive and encrypted information in compliance with company policies
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office and claims operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain information clearly
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills with a professional and positive approach
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including email, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
