We are currently seeking a Claims Support / Customer Service Representative to support daily claims operations while delivering exceptional service to members, clients, and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and addressing claims-related questions
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and written communication
  • Assist with claims operations, including repricing health claims and preparing related documentation
  • Create, distribute, and maintain accurate records within internal databases and systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence such as mail, faxes, and electronic files
  • Organize, file, and maintain confidential claims and office documents in digital and physical formats
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive and encrypted information in compliance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office and claims operations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain information clearly
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills with a professional and positive approach
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including email, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
