Description:

Al Shoumoukh Group is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee catering and accommodation operations at assigned camps and remote locations in Abu Dhabi. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining and possess a strong background in large-scale catering and hospitality management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, accommodation management, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.

The position also involves financial oversight, budget management, stock control, and compliance with quality, health, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and the ability to effectively manage teams in remote operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catering and accommodation operations at assigned camps and locations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

• Manage operational budgets and maintain effective cost controls.

• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock-taking activities.

• Coordinate and supervise catering staff and support teams.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

• Maintain accommodation facilities and ensure operational excellence.

• Implement company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

• Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry with a recognized catering company.

• Graduate in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management, or equivalent qualification.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.

• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.

• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and financial controls.

• Ability to lead teams and manage operations in remote locations.
