This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the UAE’s most innovative urban developments while supporting financial and lease collection activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling revenue transactions, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting lease collection management. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience within the real estate sector to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Manage lease collection transactions and revenue-related activities

• Handle cheques, bank transfers, and other payment instruments

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and transaction verification

• Prepare financial reports and revenue summaries

• Maintain accurate records of receipts and financial transactions

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment-related matters

• Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and collections

• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and controls

• Support revenue administration and reporting activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cashiering or revenue administration

• Previous experience within the real estate industry is mandatory

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with reconciliations, reporting, and financial record management

• Ability to manage multiple financial transactions accurately

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
