A company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join its growing customer service team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, solving problems efficiently, and providing excellent service experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls while assisting customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns. The role requires a professional approach to communication, the ability to understand customer needs quickly, and delivering accurate information in a timely manner.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will play an important role in maintaining positive customer relationships by ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper records of calls and updating internal systems with accurate information after each interaction.
