WE’RE HIRING: CALL CENTER AGENT – MULTILINGUAL (IMMEDIATE JOINERS)

An exciting opportunity is available for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment in Dubai. Tafaseel Group Holding is looking for Multilingual Call Center Agents who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can communicate confidently with diverse customers.

Role Overview:
The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate information, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is welcomed.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage, including:
    • French
    • Chinese
    • Spanish
    • Russian
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
