We are seeking a versatile and driven Business Operations Associate to support high-impact initiatives across Go-to-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations (RevOps), HR, and Finance. This role reports directly to the founders and Chief of Staff and offers broad cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced, category-defining startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Address operational challenges to meet company-wide goals
  • Manage daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to support organizational growth
  • Lead high-impact projects from day one, including investor reporting, prospect identification, and outbound sales sequences
  • Oversee vendor selection and onboarding
  • Project manage the implementation of new CRM features with external consultants

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting (MBB preferred) or venture capital/private equity
  • Previous experience in Business Operations
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and a strong problem solver
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results
  • Action-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically for team events and offsites
