Description:
Vantage Security is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to join its Dubai office. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in ELV security solutions and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while driving business growth across the UAE and wider MEA region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with distributors and system integrators. A proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and MEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and key clients.
• Promote and sell ELV security products and integrated security solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
• Achieve sales targets while expanding market presence.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of UAE/GCC experience in selling ELV security products.
• Proven experience developing partnerships and managing distributors/system integrators in the MEA region.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and results-driven sales approach.
• Valid UAE driving license.
