About the Role:
Deloitte is looking to hire a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join its Dubai team. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives, analyze operational processes, and deliver meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions within a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, interpret, and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRS, use cases, and user stories
- Perform data analysis and generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support business decisions
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate testing activities, and support smooth implementation
- Engage with clients, facilitate meetings, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Work across Agile and Waterfall project environments while analyzing system and technical requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, and project management methodologies is preferred
- Prior experience in consulting or within a professional services firm, especially Big 4, is an advantage
