HelpGrid, a performance-driven growth partner for eCommerce brands in the health and wellness sector, is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to elevate the company’s brand presence. This role is critical in positioning HelpGrid as a leader in revenue acceleration and tech-enabled sales, shifting perception from a traditional call center to an innovative growth partner.

Responsibilities:

Brand and Market Positioning
• Define and communicate a compelling brand narrative highlighting HelpGrid’s innovation and impact.
• Shift external perception from “call center” to “revenue acceleration partner.”
• Secure media, PR, and speaking opportunities showcasing thought leadership.
• Partner with leadership to enhance visibility at industry events and communities.

Content and Storytelling
• Create high-quality content, including blogs, press releases, case studies, and social media posts.
• Translate client success stories into measurable impact narratives using metrics and ROI data.
• Ensure the website is updated and reflects the company’s growth story.
• Support executives and team members for effective LinkedIn and social media presence.

Employer Branding and Culture
• Develop campaigns highlighting HelpGrid as a great place to work.
• Promote team achievements, culture moments, and company values internally and externally.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to strengthen recruitment marketing and employee engagement.

Execution and Leadership
• Manage freelancers or junior contributors for design, content, and social campaigns.
• Maintain and own the marketing calendar for consistent campaign execution.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics, including engagement, press visibility, and inbound leads.

Key Success Indicators (12–18 Months)
• Leaders featured regularly on panels, podcasts, and industry events.
• Market recognition of HelpGrid as a revenue acceleration partner.
• Strong, consistent flow of thought leadership content and case studies.
• Website and social channels reflect innovation, impact, and credibility.
• Increased inbound client leads and improved recruitment pipeline through brand awareness.

Employment Details
