LedgerLogix, a distinguished advisory firm, is seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role requires both onsite engagement with clients primarily in the Cincinnati area and remote work flexibility. Candidates must be local to Cincinnati to accommodate partial onsite client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
• Maintain accurate and current general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Support financial audits and reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
