JDA TSG is seeking experienced and certified QuickBooks Online (QBO) professionals to join our remote team for the upcoming tax season. This seasonal role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to work with a supportive team from anywhere in the United States.

Who You Are:
- A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One professional.

Responsibilities Include:
- Interact with clients using video conferencing tools to address QBO-related inquiries.
- Review and troubleshoot issues in bookkeeping such as financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts setup, and A/P or A/R management.
- Provide personalized bookkeeping guidance and ensure follow-up communications are completed promptly.
- Research accounting regulations to support client needs and maintain data accuracy.
What You Bring:
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification (required).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on QBO experience in bookkeeping or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with modern technology and accounting tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber only).
