The company is currently hiring a Billing System Administrator to manage and optimize its core billing infrastructure. This role focuses on overseeing subscription billing platforms, ensuring data integrity, and supporting seamless revenue operations across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in billing systems and integration environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, and related systems
• Oversee subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, payments, and billing workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across billing and financial systems
• Support month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Configure system environments including development, QA, UAT, and production
• Manage user access and support cross-functional teams including Finance, Ops, and Customer Success
• Design and maintain integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and internal tools
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues and resolve data discrepancies
• Implement automation and process improvements using tools like Workato or similar platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams for scalable solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with billing systems such as Zuora, Stripe, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts including pricing models and invoicing
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and custom system integrations
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting billing cycles, financial reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization is a plus
