Description:
ComPsych is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Support Operations Administrator to help maintain the tools, communication channels, templates, and processes that support smooth operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring effective customer support through accurate documentation, training resources, incident communications, and operational improvements.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with support operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while responding quickly to incidents and service updates. The successful candidate will collaborate with technology teams and leadership to maintain efficient support systems and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the complete communications template library.
• Create self-help training videos and support resources for helpdesk platforms.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
• Configure and improve support tool workflows.
• Coordinate with Technology teams on outage alerts, updates, and resolutions.
• Prepare and implement approved external communications across available systems.
• Manage Teams alert channels and distribution lists in collaboration with Technology.
• Maintain and update system status pages.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, support operations, or a related position.
• Proven experience managing outage or incident communications in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
• Experience with learning tools such as Scribe is an advantage.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage responsibilities.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively during incidents and outages.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear and timely updates.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable coordinating with leadership teams for communication approvals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Teams administration.
Strong knowledge of:
• Support operations and customer communication processes.
• Incident management and outage communications.
• Helpdesk platforms and workflow configuration.
• SOP documentation and operational reporting.
