Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining quality and consistency standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming store environment
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products
• Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience working as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to upsell products and confidently recommend menu options
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong teamwork abilities
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not already based there
