Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion for manufacturing clients
• Review financial statements and workpapers for technical accuracy and GAAP/GAAS compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff on technical and professional skills
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resources across concurrent projects
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex accounting issues and share knowledge
• Stay current on accounting standards and industry developments

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of public accounting audit/assurance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new software and platforms
