Leading Property Developer – Dubai
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed targets and objectives set by the Head of Department, delivering on time and to the required standard.
• Identify and vet potential brokers to represent current and upcoming property projects.
• Deliver hands-on support to assigned brokers — including onboarding, training, coaching — to help them close deals and reach sales goals.
• Create and execute a Route to Market (RTM) plan tailored to customer segments, broker types, and available resources.
• Run and leverage agent-focused initiatives (agent fly-ins, regional direct shows, agent events, etc.) to drive sales across the assigned territory.
• Train corporate brokers and their teams on using the company portal for inventory checks, deal closure, payments, and business generation.
• Draft, negotiate, and ensure contracts align with operational requirements and business objectives.
• Produce regular reports following company formats and maintain accurate records of broker and sales activity.
• Submit daily activity updates during field visits, scouting and sales trips within the assigned territories.
Requirement
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, broker relations, or channel partner management — ideally with a developer, banking sector, or managing VIP client portfolios; regional/international exposure preferred.
• Strong command of English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, German, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and B2B networking skills with a proven track record in building client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and progress professionally through consistent performance.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to own vehicle.
