Description:
CRCEG Middle East Contracting is seeking an experienced Architecture Design Engineer to join its Dubai branch. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled architectural professional with extensive UAE project experience and a strong background in high-end commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and detailed design to construction documentation, site coordination, and project handover. The role also requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure design excellence and compliance with local standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through construction documentation and site support.
• Lead design meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and maintain high design standards.
• Coordinate architectural submissions, technical reviews, and multidisciplinary project activities.
• Provide architectural support during construction, including design revisions, technical clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience in Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience delivering high-end commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi building codes, authority approval procedures, and permit submission processes.
• Valid registration with the Society of Engineers UAE (SOE Card).
• Municipality-registered Architect qualification in the UAE is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Architectural design, BIM, and technical drawing preparation
• UAE building codes, DM, DDA, and local authority approval requirements
• Construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and site support
