Saeed Lootah Foundation is seeking an experienced Arabic-Speaking Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to senior leadership and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role is suited for a professional who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining complete confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate international travel, prepare meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth execution of daily executive activities. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate priorities while supporting high-profile stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership and high-net-worth individuals.

• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and executive schedules.

• Coordinate international travel arrangements and travel itineraries.

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive correspondence.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
