Description:

Kroll is seeking an Analyst, Sales Support to join its team and provide high-quality client service while supporting senior analysts, managers, and directors. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.

The selected candidate will support sales operations through proposal development, project coordination, and Salesforce reporting activities. The ideal applicant should be highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively with remote teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write professional proposals that describe estimated work for new business opportunities.

• Maintain and organize a library of proposal content, templates, and supporting materials.

• Manage and update the sales support project pipeline to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track projects and meet proposal deadlines.

• Update Salesforce records with proposal details and maintain accurate information.

• Generate Salesforce reports as requested to support business activities.

• Collaborate with team members across departments to provide consistent client support.

Requirements:

• College Degree or comparable work experience required.

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a similar role.

• Prior experience in the Settlement Administration Industry or legal field is preferred but not required.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare professional proposal responses.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of:

• Salesforce.
