Description:
USC Bovard College is seeking a dedicated Admissions Advisor to guide and support prospective students throughout the admissions process. This role encompasses all phases of admissions, including marketing programs, qualifying candidates, assisting with applications, and supporting enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable making decisions, and skilled at communicating both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Job Accountabilities:
🔹 Develop relationships with prospective students via phone in a high-volume environment.
🔹 Engage with students through telephone, email, and online presentations to advise on Bovard College programs.
🔹 Use a consultative approach to guide students through their decision-making process.
🔹 Provide outstanding, student-centric service to applicants and prospective applicants.
🔹 Follow up with applicants and admissions coordinators to drive application completion.
🔹 Maintain targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admissions process.
🔹 Stay current on programmatic and field-related information.
🔹 Perform other related duties as assigned.
