Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: Not Specified

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Location: United States

Company: Dynata

Description:
Dynata is seeking a hands-on Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and keep campaign delivery running smoothly. You’ll be the operational backbone of multiple ad projects — coordinating with clients, publishers and internal teams, configuring campaigns in our platforms, validating data and troubleshooting any delivery or reporting issues. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced, detail-oriented work and knows how to translate technical ad requirements into reliable, repeatable processes.

What you’ll be doing (daily):

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients via email and routine calls to provide updates and resolve operational queries.
  • Set up projects and tags in the ad platform (ADimension) and generate the required tracking tags.
  • Coordinate with publishers and implementation partners to ensure tags are implemented correctly and on time.
  • Monitor project data continuously — typically managing 15–25 active projects at once — and perform impression checks and basic data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies or panel exposure problems in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • Configure YouTube measurement studies in Google Ads and run social measurement initiatives on Meta/Facebook.
  • Provide status updates to sales and project managers to help meet quotas and timelines.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and process guides, and assist with team training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Skills & attributes we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solver who can diagnose issues and propose practical fixes.
  • Clear, professional communicator — both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about digital media, ad products and emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable working within a process-driven team and improving those processes over time.

Bonus / Nice-to-haves:

  • University degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with online advertising fundamentals and ad management tools (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Flashtalking).
  • Experience with web analytics and proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Strong competence with Microsoft Office applications.
