Description:
Yusuf Bhai Fragrances is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in accounting and administration and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, supporting office administration, and preparing management reports. Candidates with strong ERP knowledge and experience in e-commerce accounting will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Generate customer invoices and reconcile incoming payments.
• Perform bank, cash-on-delivery (COD), and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Monitor petty cash transactions and prepare expense reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to manage dispatch documentation.
• Process customer refunds and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support office administration, vendor coordination, and payroll input activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce accounting will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bookkeeping, financial record management, and account reconciliations.
• Microsoft Excel, Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
• MIS reporting, office administration, payroll support, and vendor coordination.
